This is the official website of Bait Cham LeKol Chayal VeChayelet (NPO 580520351), through which donations can be made to support the organization’s activities. Any use of this website, including making donations, constitutes your consent to comply with and act according to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
When donating by credit card, the card will be verified with the credit company, and the user will receive an immediate response regarding the transaction status—whether it was approved or declined. The payment page is secured according to the PCI DSS standard.
Bait Cham LeKol Chayal allows you to conveniently and quickly donate to the organization’s activities for soldiers through this website. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or by phone. Upon completing a donation, a payment confirmation will be sent to the donor’s email.
These Terms are written in the masculine form but refer to all genders equally. Any reference in the singular also includes the plural and vice versa.
Donation Cancellation Policy: The donor may contact the organization to request a change to payment details or to cancel a donation. A donation may be canceled within 30 days from the date the donation notice was given by phone or made online, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. The organization will make the required change according to the policy of the relevant credit company. If the credit company charges the organization a fee for the action, the donor will be charged that fee. It is forbidden to provide false information. Submitting false information is a criminal offense. Any user who commits this offense will be subject to legal, criminal, and civil proceedings.
If the transaction is not approved by the credit company, the donor will receive an appropriate notification. To complete the action, the donor must contact the organization by phone.
The organization will not bear any responsibility for illegal activity carried out by participants on the website or by any other party beyond its full control.
Interpretation and enforcement of these Terms, as well as any action and/or dispute arising from them, will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Privacy Policy: The organization recognizes its obligation to protect donors’ privacy and will refrain from sharing any information with third parties.
The website’s clearing company complies with the PCI standard.
